The ability to communicate effectively is an essential skill in today's world. Communication is a dynamic process and how you communicate can positively and negatively affect the relationships you have at work and in your life.


Everyday life requires strong communication skills and people with good communication skills usually enjoy better interpersonal relationships with colleagues, friends and family.


Effective communication is therefore a key interpersonal skill and learning how to improve your communication has many benefits. However, many people find it difficult to know where to start. 


There are many barriers to effective communication and during this workshop we will look at the 5 main barriers:

  • Judging others

  • Not paying attention

  • Giving solutions or unwanted advice

  • Talking Tech

  • Not listening to the concerns of others


Overcoming these 5 barriers will help communication improve.
